Automated Check-In
We offer a user-friendly automated check-in system for all pre-booked appointments with doctors or nurses.
The process is simple:
- Select your gender
- Enter your birth month and day
- Confirm your details
The system will confirm your appointment and check you in.

Running Late?
To help us run our clinics on time, please note:
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may need to reschedule your appointment.
Urgent and Emergency Care
A duty doctor is available each day to assist with urgent medical issues that cannot wait until the next routine appointment.
- Call us at 0208 508 9949 with your name, address, phone number, and details of the issue.
- After 6:30 PM, our voicemail will provide Out of Hours contact information.
⚠️ For life-threatening emergencies such as chest pain or difficulty breathing, call 999 immediately.
Cancellations
If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient in need.
Enhanced Access & Evening/Weekend Appointments
We also offer extended access to evening and weekend appointments through our Primary Care Network hub in Buckhurst Hill.
Appointments can be either face-to-face or by telephone.
Speak to our team for more details or to book one of these appointments.
When We’re Closed
When the practice is closed, urgent medical help is available via NHS 111:
- Call 111
- Visit 111.nhs.uk (for patients aged 5 and over)
This service is free, available 24/7, and staffed by trained healthcare professionals.
Home Visits
Home visits are reserved for patients who are housebound or medically unable to attend the surgery. If you need a home visit, please call us before 10:00 AM where possible.
Please note: One home visit can take the time of 3–4 appointments at the practice, so we kindly ask patients to attend in person whenever they can.
If you're unsure whether a home visit is needed, call us for advice – a quick phone consultation may save you time.
