You can access your test results in the following ways:

  • Online via SystmOnline - You will need login details, which are available from reception
  • By calling our reception team after the recommended processing time

    📲 Please note: If any action is required following your test, you will be contacted directly via SMS or telephone by a clinician or member of our team.
Understanding Your Results

Our reception team can tell you the clinician’s comment attached to your test result. However, they are not medically trained to interpret results or offer clinical advice.

If you need help understanding your result, or if it requires discussion, please book an appointment with one of our clinicians.

When to Check Your Results

Results can take up to five working days, depending on the type of test. Some may take longer.

✔️ Before contacting us, please check with the clinic or department that performed your test to confirm the expected turnaround time.
đź“ž Once enough time has passed, you can call the surgery for your results between: 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Your Responsibility

It is the patient’s responsibility to check test results and book any necessary follow-up appointments. We aim to contact you if action is needed, but if you're unsure or haven’t heard back, please get in touch.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

We follow strict NHS confidentiality and GDPR guidelines.
Results will only be given to the patient they relate to, unless:

  • Prior written permission has been given
  • The patient is unable to understand the result and has a designated representative
