No login is required — just fill out a form and we’ll handle the rest!

  • Making general admin queries such as Medical summaries, Online account help, Patient registration requests
  • Requesting fit notes (Med3 sick notes)
  • Updating your address or contact details
  • Submitting online consultations (non-urgent)

How to Register for Online Services

If you're new to using our online services, registering is quick and simple. Here's what to do:

📝 Step-by-Step Registration:
  1. Contact the Surgery
    Call us or visit the reception desk in person to start the registration process.
  2. Verify Your Identity
    You’ll be asked to provide proof of identity — this is to keep your medical information secure.
  3. Receive Your Login Details
    Once verified, you’ll be given a username and password along with a registration form.
  4. Set Up Your Account
    Go to SystmOnline and enter your registration details exactly as they appear on the form.
  5. Log In and Start Using Online Services
    Once registered, you can log in using your username and password to access appointment booking, repeat prescriptions, test results and more.

If you're a patient at Loughton Surgery, you can now use the NHS App — a simple, secure way to access a range of NHS services directly from your smartphone or tablet.

The app is free to download and gives you instant access to essential features without needing to call or visit the practice.
