Try the new NHS App
If you're a patient at our practice you can now use the NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet. You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more. If you already use the SystemOne online service you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.

Repeat Prescriptions
Please allow two working days for your repeat request so that you do not run out of medication (this does not include public holidays or weekends).
You can order your repeat prescription in the following ways:
- Online via the link at the top of this page
- Using the tear-off slip which lists all the drugs for the prescription along with the appropriate dosage. When a new prescription is required please clearly indicate the item or items you require on the request slip and hand it into the surgery. If you do not have a repeat slip please ask our reception staff
We do not take requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone or email.

Medication Collection
Chemists will deliver medications by arrangement to patients home address. Please talk to your chemist if you require this service.
If you wish to enclose a stamped addressed envelope, we are happy to post your prescription to you. You can also arrange with some local chemists to have your repeat prescriptions delivered.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
